Description: Over one month's time in spring 2009, there were 128 homes foreclosed in Providence. I had red balloons custom-printed and re-used a condo sign to display this statistic. I used the tax-assessment website to gather photos of the homes to display on "lost" flyers around the city. These flyers carried sentiments such as, "I learned how to ride my bike here." Finally, I created a map containing a self-guided tour of the homes, and placed the map in the Providence Visitor's Center next to brochures offering mansion tours.
